Digital delivery is immediate. Printed books ship from the United States within 5 business days of your order, to U.S. addresses only.
Digital: PDF + EPUB
After a successful digital payment, we email both files to the address you used at checkout from support@lofreyer.com, and Dodo's receipt also provides access to them. Use an email address you can access and check your spam folder if the message is missing. Contact us if either file is missing or cannot be opened. You will need a PDF reader or an EPUB-compatible reading app; no printed book is included.
Printed book
Printed books ship from the United States within 5 business days of your order. U.S. shipping is included in the $39 price. Orders placed during the preorder period ship on the same basis, no later than the November 1, 2026 date given at the time. Estimated arrival is 3–7 business days after dispatch, not after ordering. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
This storefront's print offer is for U.S. delivery. Enter a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
If shipping is delayed
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify affected customers, provide updated shipment information, and offer the legally required choice to accept a delay or cancel for a full refund. If the required consent is not obtained, or we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel and refund it as required by law.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery
Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. A photo of damage or an incorrect item can help if available. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. A shipping estimate does not remove your rights if an order is not delivered.
