Returns & cancellations

This policy applies to digital purchases and U.S. printed-book orders. It preserves all mandatory consumer rights.
Change-of-mind purchases
We do not offer additional change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds beyond rights required by applicable law or granted by the payment seller's applicable terms. This applies to both formats. It does not exclude remedies for non-delivery, faults, an incorrect item, or a product materially different from its description.
Purchases through Dodo
Payment and refund handling for both the digital edition and printed books are subject to Dodo Payments' buyer terms and applicable law. You may contact us for help or use the Dodo support details on your receipt. We cannot override rights or refunds provided by Dodo or by law. If delivery fails or a file does not work, contact us so the issue can be resolved. Downloading a file does not remove any right that the law does not allow you to waive.
Printed orders
If a printed order cannot ship on time, the delay and cancellation process on our shipping page applies. For a damaged, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed book, contact us for the remedy available under applicable law. Any legally required refund will be returned to the original payment method within the required period.
Contact us for the appropriate return instructions and address before mailing a book. The Israeli business address is not a U.S. fulfillment warehouse. Return arrangements must not prevent you from exercising a statutory right.
Request a cancellation or refund
Email support@lofreyer.com, call 055-770-9012, or send a written notice to Branda Stock Ltd, Hadvir 18, Hadera, Israel. Include your name, purchase email, and order number if available so we can find the order. Please do not send card details or identity documents. Nothing here requires you to give up a lawful payment dispute or other remedy.
