Privacy notice

Updated September 24, 2026

This notice describes this website, digital purchases, printed-book orders, and communications with us. We will update it before adding a new use of customer information.

Who is responsible

Branda Stock Ltd, Israeli company no. 516304516, Hadvir 18, Hadera, Israel, is responsible for personal information it handles in operating LO FREIER and responding to you. For privacy requests, email support@lofreyer.com or call 055-770-9012.

What we receive and why

If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, provide support, resolve a problem, and keep records needed for those purposes or legal obligations. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or locate a purchase without relevant details. Please do not send payment-card numbers, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.

This storefront has no customer account or newsletter signup. Choosing a book format on this site does not create a customer record; a record is created only when you complete a purchase through Dodo Payments. Hosting and security systems may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser details, access times, and request logs to deliver and protect the site. This site also uses the analytics and advertising tools described below.

Analytics and advertising tools

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this site: page views, scroll and click patterns, and session recordings, so we can fix confusing pages. Clarity masks password fields and other sensitive inputs by default; it does not receive payment details, which are entered only inside Dodo Payments' secure checkout form.

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure which visits lead to a book purchase and to show LO FREIER ads to people likely to be interested. It records page views, which edition and price you view, when you open checkout, and, for a completed order, the amount and edition purchased. When an order is paid, our server also reports that purchase directly to Meta (Meta's Conversions API) with the order amount and edition, the IP address and browser details from when you opened checkout, the Meta cookie identifiers, and your email address, name, and billing city, state, ZIP, and country in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, so Meta can match the purchase to its ad without counting it twice. We never send payment details. Meta may match this activity to your Facebook/Instagram account using these identifiers or cookies if you are logged in there.

To opt out: Meta account holders can adjust ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings, or use your browser's tracking/cookie controls to block connect.facebook.net and clarity.ms. Blocking these does not affect your ability to buy or receive the book.

Service providers and locations

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical access data. Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Pixel) process the analytics and advertising data described above under their own privacy notices. Email and communications providers process messages sent to our support address or phone. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities when needed to meet legal obligations or handle a legal claim.

Branda Stock Ltd operates in Israel. Communications and provider systems may process information in Israel, the United States, or other countries where those providers operate. We do not use support messages for advertising or disclose them to third parties for their own marketing.

Checkout, delivery, and print orders

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for digital purchases and printed-book orders. Its checkout collects payment and billing information and sends us the transaction details needed for delivery and support: your name, email address, billing address, order and product identifiers, and amount paid. Its own privacy notice explains its processing.

After a successful payment, our server at Hostinger receives that notification. For the digital edition it emails the book files to your checkout address from support@lofreyer.com through our Hostinger email service. For a printed-book order it emails you a confirmation and sends your name, email, and the address you entered at checkout to us as the shipping address; we share that address only with the carrier and fulfillment provider that ship your book. We keep a record of the order identifier, delivery, and shipping details for fulfillment, support, duplicate-prevention, and legal record-keeping. We do not use your purchase email for marketing.

Cookies and tracking choices

Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel, described above, set cookies and similar identifiers on this site and may track your browser across other websites that use the same tools. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, this site does not load the Meta Pixel at all and our server does not report your purchase to Meta, so nothing from your visit is shared for advertising. We do not act on the older, unrelated Do Not Track header. Hosting security features may use their own cookies. The checkout form and its script are loaded from Dodo Payments and the jsDelivr content delivery network; those services receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details and may set their own cookies inside the checkout, as described in their notices. External sites and checkout services follow their own privacy notices; this notice does not describe their independent tracking practices.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing browsing activity with Meta so it can show you relevant ads is considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. California, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar state residents may opt out of this sharing at any time — turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which this site honors automatically, use the Meta ad-settings link above, or email us and we will stop showing you Meta ads based on this site's activity to the extent technically possible. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Keeping information and your requests

We keep support information only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it for those purposes. Clarity session recordings and heatmap data are deleted on Microsoft's own schedule, which is currently about 30 days; Meta keeps pixel data under its own retention policy. Neither is used to build a profile of you by us.

You may contact us to request access to or correction of information we hold about you, or request deletion, subject to applicable law. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and may need to retain records required by law. We will explain any applicable limitation when responding.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We will post an updated notice here with a new date when these practices change, and provide any further notice or consent process required by law. Any future advertising, newsletter, or additional fulfillment integration must be covered before it is activated.
